After reviewing the documents, we discovered individuals were using the Sterling Transportation name, logo, and website address on invoices and shipping agreements while directing customers to phone numbers and contacts not associated with our company.

The fraudulent documents:

• Use the Sterling Transportation company name and branding
• Reference our legitimate website
• Include unauthorized phone numbers and contacts
• Offer services we do not provide, including boat transportation

At this time, we cannot confirm the full nature of the fraud. Possible risks may include:

• Booking shipments under false pretenses
• Potential theft or diversion of cargo
• Misuse of customer information
