Keeping your information safe is important to us. As online security continues to evolve, additional safeguards help protect account information and ensure that only authorized users have access.
Beginning Wednesday, September 23, two-factor authentication will be added to Sterling.TS2000.net, providing an additional layer of security when accessing your Sterling account.
Two-factor authentication adds a second verification step beyond your username and password. When logging in, a one-time authentication code will be sent to the email address associated with your user profile. Simply enter the code to complete your login.
Once authenticated, you won’t be prompted again for at least 15 hours – helping provide added protection without adding an extra step every time you access your account.
Because authentication codes are sent to the email address associated with each user profile, every user must have their own individual login.
If multiple people within your organization currently share a login, please create separate user profiles for each person before September 23. We also recommend taking a moment to confirm the email address associated with each profile is current and accessible.
