Cristine Olvera Promoted to General Manager of Sterling Transportation

[Los Angeles] In July 2020, Cristine Olvera joined the company as the LAX Terminal Manager. After a year in that job, Cristine has been promoted to General Manager at Sterling Transportation. Her expanded role will now include oversight of company operations across all locations and lines of business. She will be responsible for company performance, developing consistent company-wide processes, and establishing service standards.

“Cristine has done an amazing job as the Terminal Manager in Los Angeles and has adapted well to our company. I have no doubt she will do a great job in her expanded role as General Manager and take Sterling to the next level,” said Keith Davis, CEO of Sterling Transportation.

Olvera brings more than 20 years of experience to the job. Over the years she’s worked in many aspects of the industry from CFS cargo (in import consolidation) to exports. She has also held jobs from clerical to manager to general manager – both administrative and operations
